Are your antique diamonds actually old?
Absolutely. Our stones are genuine antique diamonds meaning they were cut approx 80-120+ years ago.
Can I request videos and photos of diamonds?
Sure, just let us know which stones you're interested in and we will send you detailed videos and photos.
Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Almost all of our diamonds have GIA reports (certificates). We also stock diamonds with EGL reports.
How do you have so many diamonds listed?
We have been acquiring antique diamonds for over 30 years. All of the diamonds we show on our site are owned by us. We do not list outside vendor's diamonds. Since we own our inventory, almost all of our diamonds are in-house and available for you to see.
Are the diamonds loose or set in rings?
Both! Although the majority of the diamonds in our inventory are loose we do offer completely custom designed rings set with some of our most beautiful diamonds.
Do you make custom rings?
Our designers will work closely with you to design the ring of your dreams. Our process utilizes CAD drawings and 3D plastic models so that you can see your design come to life. We work at your pace making sure every detail is met and your ring is perfect from top to bottom.
How long does a custom ring take?
Normally we can design and create a custom ring in approx15 working days. Already have a hot-air balloon rented? We can work even quicker if you're under a tight deadline.
How do I design my ring?
We are here to help! Show us pics of your inspiration. It can be a ring design you've always loved or bits and pieces from several designs. We will create your custom ring together one detail at a time.
Can I get an insurance appraisal?
Once your ring or jewelry is finished we will make you a full insurance appraisal. This (PDF) document is what your insurance company will require when you request coverage. The appraisal will list all of the jewelry details including a replacement value.
Do you buy diamonds?
We do! If your diamond has a GIA report please forward us the report number and we will let you know what we would pay for your diamond. If your stone does not have a GIA report, we will need to evaluate the diamond in person so that we can grade it and offer you a quote. Sending your diamond to us is safe, simple and FREE. We will email you a prepaid, fully insured Fedex overnight label. The entire process only takes one day and if you decide not to sell, we will overnight your stone right back to you.
Can I trade my diamond in?
Your existing diamond is as good as cash. If your diamond has a GIA report please forward us the report number and we will let you know what we would pay for your diamond. If your stone does not have a GIA report, we will need to evaluate the diamond in person so that we can grade it and offer you a trade-in quote. Sending your diamond to us is safe, simple and FREE. We will email you a prepaid, fully insured Fedex overnight label. The entire process only takes one day and if you decide not to trade, we will overnight your stone right back to you.
